Cooling-off Period and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to resell the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you may contact us via support@dovital.nl . We will refund the due order amount within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been received back in good order.

Product Exchange

Would you like to exchange your product? That is absolutely no problem. You can contact support@dovital.nl for this purpose.
However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

I Provided an Incorrect Delivery Address

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to modify the order for you. If this is no longer possible or if the package has already been returned, we will need to charge additional costs again.
