Goldbird Licefree Protect Spray 500ml

Licefree Protect Spray is a ready-to-use solution based on silicon dioxide, specifically developed to control red mites and other crawling parasites in cages and aviaries. The extremely fine silicon dioxide crystals have a mechanical abrasive effect. When mites move towards the birds to feed, they come into contact with these crystals, causing them to dry out.

For an effective and integrated approach to red mite control, Licefree Protect Spray is highly recommended in combination with Goldbird Licefree Oral Activ.

Use

• Cover or remove feed and drinking bowls before application.

• Spray using a hand sprayer or pressure sprayer from a distance of approximately 30 cm.

• Thoroughly treat:

  • perches

  • nests and the underside of nest bowls

  • corners, cracks and crevices where red mites may hide

• Repeat treatment:

  • when red mites reappear

  • or when the visible white powder layer becomes covered with dust
