Cooling-off Period and Returns<\/h2>\n\n

\n You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately \u20ac7.25 per package; please consult your carrier\u2019s website for the exact rates.\n<\/p>\n\n

\n If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and \u2013 if reasonably possible \u2013 in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to resell the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning it.\n<\/p>\n\n
