Nevertheless, it may happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else occurs which entitles you to make a warranty claim.\n    Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.\n<\/p>\n<p>When you discover or should reasonably have discovered a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable period is in any case 1 month. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than 1 month may also be acceptable.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n    If you contact us in time, we will ensure a free repair or replacement.\n<\/p>\n<h2>\n    Complaints\n<\/h2>\n<p>\n    It is always possible that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first make your complaint known to us by sending an email to <i class=\"dov-text-mark\"><\/pan><span>support@<\/span><span>dovital<\/span><span>.nl<\/span><\/i>.
